-Halloween passed and Thanksgiving is just days away. Christmas is vastly approaching. November/December might be the best time of year.

While I was watching TV/getting ready for class this morning, CHANNEL 11 (WPXI Pittsburgh) had a segment asking the question, "Does fatigue make you fat?"

I didn't get to see the whole segment, so I did some swift research.





I found that there are many cases where fatigue causes weight gain, however, i conclude to say that EATING MAKES YOU FAT!







...but there's no excuse for ugly ^^^

Going back to school or work on monday after a great weekend, or weekend nonetheless, is the worst feeling. I had a pretty sweet Thurs-Sun, how about you? Thursday class resumed, but I would be a sinner if I missed any of the steeler game. I left early. The Steelers won of course.

Friday, Shay and I celebrated out 2 year anniversary. Cheesecake factory is pretty sweet. Perfect weather, great food, outside seating, live band. Plus walking around Southside Works, though it's not much.

On Saturday my neighborhood held the annual Ridgemont Block Party. Some see it as lame, but it's a great time, honest. It gets me out of the house which is even better. Hanging out and getting drunk, it's a great time. Still not that big a fan of alcohol.

Today I did nothing. Like someone should be able to do on sunddau. I never get to be off work, hang out casually all day and uh...WATCH FOOTBALL!
